This Reporting Center is an official channel established to allow seafarers,
employees, partners, and external stakeholders to safely and confidentially report any violations.

Matters Subject to Reporting

Please report immediately if you become aware of any of the following:

  • Requests for recruitment fees, placement fees, or rebates from seafarers
  • Hidden charges or improper financial demands
  • Working conditions or treatment inconsistent with contract terms
  • Bribery, improper solicitation, or other unethical conduct
  • Violations of company ethics, internal policies, or applicable laws and regulations
Whistleblower Protection

All reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
Whistleblowers are fully protected from retaliation or disadvantage.
Each report is reviewed through a fair, independent, and objective investigation process.

Zero Tolerance Policy

BSI enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy toward hidden costs, bribery, and unethical practices.
